With a master’s degree from San Diego State University and more than a decade of teaching Psychology at the college level, she developed an in-depth knowledge of women’s issues. This experience has afforded her the expertise and skill to be a powerful advocate for women and give her a profound understanding of the women’s market. She understands what women want and what they connect with when it comes to their spending power and decision-making processes.
Eppstein’s exposure to marketing for the automotive industry began more than 20 years ago, shortly after her twin brother opened his first shop. She then spent several years marketing for the aftermarket industry, where she wrote blogs, managed social media marketing, and handled customer reviews. The reviews are where she learned the most about what worked and what didn’t when it comes to building a successful automotive business. She put that knowledge to work, along with her years of leadership experience, and became a sought-after business and leadership coach.
